Our four main specialties are "Rossini," a luxurious dish of grilled high-quality beef fillet topped with foie gras and finished with truffle and demi-glace sauce; "Ajillo," where customers can choose seasonal ingredients; "Bansuke Saba," which is dried fish from a famous Japanese dried fish specialty store and grilled over charcoal; and "Fresh Fish Masu Assortment," which is a carefully selected and presented dish of fresh fish caught every morning!

Charbroiled Murakami salmon

This is Murakami's signature salmon dish! The salmon is left exposed to the cold northwest wind for three weeks to slowly dry, ferment and mature, and then grilled over charcoal, concentrating its flavor!
